Pujo Upgrade Utsav Lucky Draw - Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 12, 2025

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating in the “Pujo Upgrade Utsav” lucky draw (“Campaign”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

This Campaign is open to all customers of Bhajanlal Commercial Pvt Ltd aged 18 years or older who make a valid purchase of ₹5,000 (Five Thousand Rupees) or more in a single invoice at any official Bhajanlal store.
A valid original invoice for the purchase is required for participation.
Employees of Bhajanlal Commercial Pvt Ltd, their immediate family members, and any agencies associated with this Campaign are not eligible to participate.

Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on September 12, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
The organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, or cancel the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

How to Participate

Make a purchase of ₹5,000 or more at any official Bhajanlal store during the Campaign Period.
Scan the provided QR code or visit the campaign landing page.
Accurately fill in all mandatory fields in the participation form, including your full name, valid mobile number, shopping amount, invoice number, and the store of purchase.
Submit the form to proceed to the Spin the Wheel game.
Each mobile number and corresponding invoice is eligible for only one (1) spin during the entire Campaign Period. Duplicate entries will be automatically disqualified.

How to Claim a Prize

To claim your prize, you must present the final winning screen on your mobile device to the store manager or cashier at the same store where the purchase was made.
Prizes must be claimed on the same day of participation.
You may be required to show the original invoice and a valid form of photo identification for verification purposes.
Once the screen is verified and the prize is claimed, the offer is considered redeemed.

Data Privacy and Usage

By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information by Bhajanlal Commercial Pvt Ltd for the purposes of administering this Campaign.
You also agree that the organizer may use your information to contact you about future promotions, events, and offers. You may opt-out of these communications at any time.
The organizer may use photos or social media tags related to prize claims for promotional purposes on its social media channels (e.g., Instagram @bhajanlalofficial).

General Conditions

The organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding.
The organizer is not responsible for any technical failures that may prevent a participant from successfully submitting an entry.
Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign will result in disqualification.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Bhajanlal Commercial Pvt Ltd from any and all liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Campaign or any prize won.
