The vivo T5e is a budget-oriented 4G smartphone launched in India on July 27, 2026, for ₹13,999, designed primarily as a highly durable everyday device. It features a large 6.74-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, and is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T7225 processor paired with 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64 GB of expandable storage (up to 2 TB via microSD). Operating on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, its main highlights are a massive 5500 mAh battery built to retain health for four years (supporting 15W charging and 6W reverse charging) and a robust, MIL-STD-810H military-grade certified body with an IP64 rating for dust and water splash resistance. While it includes practical utilities like a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an FM radio, its camera configuration remains modest, consisting of an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP selfie camera.
