This campaign is open to all customers who make a valid purchase at participating Bhajanlal stores during the offer period.

Only original vouchers with a valid coupon number will be accepted at the billing counter.
Photocopies or duplicates of the voucher will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Vouchers or coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full.
Lost, damaged, expired, or stolen vouchers will not be reissued or renewed.
Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing scheme, offer, or discount.
Redemption must be made at the same store where the purchase was made, unless otherwise stated.

Customers are eligible for the Spin-the-Wheel experience only after a confirmed purchase.
Scratch cards provided post-purchase contain a QR code that must be scanned to access the spin interface.

Redemption requires the customer to:
1. Share the prize result with the store manager
2. Provide a valid email address, which will receive the prize confirmation
Offers are non-transferable and can be redeemed only once.
Participation in the spin offer also grants automatic entry into the Bumper Prize contest.

Exchange bonus up to ₹10,000 is available on select products and models only.
Phone protection for the second year is available at a 50% discount under approved plans.
Free AC delivery and installation within 48 hours is subject to availability and valid within serviceable areas.

All customers who participate in the Spin-the-Wheel after a valid purchase are automatically entered into the lucky draw.
